Guaranteed Quality

 Multi-Pure Drinking Water Systems are made of Food and Drug Administration approved materials. Multi-Pure Systems are designed to be used on treated water systems; they are not intended to be used where the water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the unit. The System may be used for cyst reduction on disinfected waters that may contain filterable cysts. Multi-Pure warrants its System housings to be free of defects in material and workmanship for use under normal care for a period of: STAINLESS STEEL housing -lifetime; PLASTIC housing - lifetime. Multi-Pure filters (cartridges) are warranted for defects in material and workmanship for use under normal care. For optimum performance, filter cartridges require periodic replacement dependent upon use, type, and level of contaminants in local water (up to 750 gallons of drinking water; up to 1200 gallons with capacity meter); therefore, it is recommended that filters be replaced annually or sooner if needed.

Note that Multi-Pure Corporation cannot have a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all custom/import laws around the world. It is the customer's responsibility to be familiar with the custom/import laws of the destination country for the shipment.
